Mr. Hawkins has over 25 years of capital markets experience in both investment and merchant banking. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hawkins has raised seed to late-stage financing for companies in the mining, oil and gas, technology and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Bajic is a CPA and has over a decade of experience serving as a director, chief financial officer, or consultant to numerous public companies with a focus in the resource and technologies industries.

Ms. Fedchuk has over 3 years of experience in the legal securities sector, corporate governance, financial markets and has been involved with several start-ups based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Ms. Patterson has over 10 years’ experience within the mining/mineral processing industry focused on analysis, Extractive Metallurgy, and Chemistry. Ms. Patterson specialized in Extractive Metallurgy at Glencore SINO (formerly Xstrata; XPS). Her contributions to the in-house Nickel Smelter as well as independent clients worldwide helped design, monitor and optimize their process.

Dr. Cookenboo is a geologist who has worked for multiple mining companies. Dr. Cookenboo has worked extensively in the exploration and evaluation of lithium pegmatites and has evaluated and developed lithium pegmatite projects in the Northwest Territories, Quebec and Brazil.

Mr. Leahy has over 12 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and businessperson experienced in business development, corporate development and operations Mr. Leahy has been involved in a number of public and private companies ranging from natural resources to technology to tourism resort development.

Civil Engineer and owner of the construction company RDM Ingeniería, with more than 10 years developing infrastructure projects in Paraguay. Main shareholder and Director of the company CIDSA, an engineering project consultancy with more than 9 years of presence in the market.

Sergio brings over 30 years of mining and management experience. In 2018 Sergio founded ENNSIGHT, a consulting firm specializing in sustainable mining, energy. Sergio brings over 15 years of lithium project and business development.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Natural Sciences (Geology) from the National University of Asunción, Paraguay, in 1989, then "Diplom Geologe" (Geological Engineer) from the Technical University Clausthal, Germany in 1994.

Mr. Bartel worked in public institutions in Paraguay, as a Consulting Geologist in the Vice Ministry of Mines and Energy, water projects for the Government of Canindeyu, as Director of Hydrocarbons in the Vice Ministry of Mines and Energy and was president of a road maintenance commission in the Paraguayan Chaco.

In the private sector he worked from 1996 to 2010 for mineral exploration companies, such as Yamana Resources Inc. as Exploration Geologist in various precious metals projects in Paraguay and Argentina, as a Project Geologist for the Newmont Mining Co. – Yamana Inc. joint venture in Paraguay, supervisor and core logging of diamond drilling campaigns for Morrison Mining Co. in ultramafic rocks, General Manager of Rex Mining Co. in diamond exploration project in Paraguay, Representative of Tecsult International Ltd. in thematic mapping of the Guarani Aquifer, General Manager of Vane Minerals Ltd. in mineral exploration projects in Paraguay, Consulting Geologist for Atacama Metals in copper project in Chile.

From 2010 to present President and owner of the water well drilling company Geomeister S.A. Shareholder and director of the mining companies: Minerva Exploration SA, Valquiria Exploration SA, Chaco Lithium SA and Paraguay Lithium SA, which own the main lithium, titanium and gold projects in the country.

Ms. Monica graduated in the area of Sciences – Geology from the National University of Asunción in 1989.  She has worked as a geologist for more than 32 years, starting out as a geologist in the exploration sector of the public oil company, Petropar.  She has then worked as an independent consultant in various sectors of the area, has also worked on groundwater assessment, including the area of salt and brackish water for desalination projects. She has recently served as director of the Department of Mineral Resources in the Vice Ministry of Mines and Energy, under the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (Paraguay) and has managed to bring foreign investments to the country in the area of Metallic and Non-Metallic Minerals such as lithium, gold, gypsum, calcareous, titanium, etc.

Maximo graduated from the prestigious Paraguayan military academy, Mcal. Francisco Solano López in 1975 and is a former military paratrooper and special operator in the Paraguayan military. Maximo has held the position of Minister, Permanent Secretary of the National Defense Council (Paraguay) since 2013.

Graduated from the University of Natural Sciences FaCEN-UNA in 2015, with a Bachelor of Science in Geology, specialized in University Didactics and in Geographic Information System and Remote Sensing, currently completing a Master's degree.

Since the beginning of 2016 she worked as a field geologist, supervising water well drilling in the eastern and western Paraguay, geological studies for quarry openings, field geologist in mineral prospects. She also has served as Professor of Geology and Mineralogy at the National University of Canindeyú and as an Assistant Professor in the university chair of Paraguayan Geology and Structural Geology at the National University of Asunción. She worked two years as exploration geologist for Minera LUCCA SA. Company. At the company Minera Darmatal S.A., she worked as a resident geologist in deep well drilling, logging and sampling of drill cuttings and diamond drill cores. Currently she is working in the company DBH Servicios Mineros SA, as a Geologist, in charge of field geologists, accompanying in field work, writing reports and preparing maps.

Degree in Geology, with experience in prospecting, exploration and exploitation of pozzolan quarries, in geological, hydrogeological and geophysical studies for groundwater, wellsite geologist carrying out well pumping tests in the Eastern and Western Paraguay regions. With participation in the geological and geophysical studies carried out for the Bioceanic Road Corridor Consortium, for loan quarries in the Isla Pucu, Pirayú districts and for the Southern Consortium. She also participated in the gold prospecting stage in the Paso Yobai District. Currently she works as a Junior Field Geologist for the company DBH Servicios Mineros S.A.

She completed her university degree at the National University of Asunción, in the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences in 2022, where she served as a teaching assistant in the subjects Structural Geology and Geology of Paraguay in 2020.

He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from the University of Natural Sciences (FACEN) of the National University of Asunción in 2020. In addition, he successfully completed his Specialization in University Didactics at the same institution in 2022. Since 2014, he has accumulated valuable experience in field geology while pursuing his Bachelor's degree. During this period, he worked as an assistant geologist at the company METALICOS Y NO METALICOS S.A. Subsequently, he expanded his experience abroad by joining RRR. BRASIL MINERACAO S.A. in Brazil, where he supported the role of assistant geologist.

In 2021, Jorge was promoted to the position of Jr. exploration geologist at the Company LOWELL EXPLORATION ECUADOR S.A, where he continued to develop his skills and knowledge in prospecting and mineral exploration. His solid track record in this field has prepared him to address challenges and contribute effectively to geology projects. He currently works as a junior exploration geologist at the consulting company DBH SERVICIOS MINEROS S.A.

Claudia obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from the University of Natural Sciences (FACEN) of the National University of Asunción in 2020. She has completed the Specialization in University Didactics in 2021. From 2022 to 2023 she served as an Ad Honoren Assistant Professor of the university chair Paraguayan Geology in the national university, at the same time that she carried out work as a resident geologist at water well drilling, pumping test, taking water samples for chemical analysis, geological, hydrogeological and geophysical studies for groundwater. She currently works as a junior exploration geologist at the DBH Servicios Mineros S.A. Company.
